DESCRIPTION : PTFE COATED GLASS FABRIC

PTFE coated glass fabric (Polytetrafluoroethylene or well known as Teflon Dupont Nemours brand) is a high temperature fabric composed of a glass fabric frame coated with PTFE. Coating is completely uniform and regular and can change according to thickness of finished product. Complex is unique and few plastics materials can combine following properties:

  • Non-sticky – very smooth and very good sliding coefficient – easy to clean
  • Operating temperature resistance from -73°C to +260°C and +315°C as a peek
  • Self-extinguishing
  • Excellent dimensional stability
  • Temperature and pressure do not have any noticeable effect and no creep
  • Tasteless and odorless. Ability to enter with food products.
  • Very low elongation over time (<1%) and excellent durability
